Our mission is to get you up moving and feeling good about yourself. I am not your typical martial arts instructor. Keepunchin keeps you engaged with fun and creative workouts. No workout is the same! Whether you are a beginner or just want to try something new and different. I incorporate boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai into circuit training. We can offer you one on one session or group training. At the end of the day Martial Arts is for everyone! No matter your age or where you are from, we can modify workouts to fit your needs and goals.

About Us
I’m, Mary Marino and I’ve have always had a love and respect for martial arts from learning Tae Kwon Do to JKD. I would love to take what I have learned over the years and offer it to you. Whether it be in-person training or through an online virtual session.
My focus is geared toward giving you a safe space to work out and train in a positive environment. I am certified in Muay Thai, JKD and Savate my overall goal is to provide you with one-on-one training. I teach part time kickboxing at the YMCA and I love to work with people from all walks of life, my moto is to Keepunchin, Stay Strong and don’t let life keep you down.
