Celebrate the holiday season with Keep Punchin’s Holiday Hip Hop Bash, an exciting evening of hip hop boxing, community, and holiday fun. Free Teen Girls Self-Defense Class

Every 1st Wednesday of the Month | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Keep Punchin is offering a FREE self-defense class for teen girls (ages 12–18) focused on building confidence, awareness, and personal safety skills. In this empowering session, participants will learn mental strength, setting boundaries, situational awareness, escape techniques, and basic striking skills in a supportive environment. A signed parental waiver is required to participate.

Pop-Up Hip Hop Boxing Summer Series

Keep Punchin is hosting a Pop-Up Hip Hop Boxing Class at City Coves Studio, located at 2619 Princess Anne St., Fredericksburg, VA, United States, Virginia 22401. This high-energy summer series combines hip hop music with boxing and self-defense training, creating a fun and engaging experience you can enjoy with friends.

Class Dates: June 10, July 15, and August 12
Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
