I had the pleasure of attending an event where Mary from Keepunchin was present. She was showcasing self defense and mixed martial arts in a demo. The class was fun and she made the process very easy. My daughter loved the demo so much she wants to take the class again. It was one of the highlights of the event and many people took the class. I would highly recommend taking Mary’s class. She is patient and can work with both adults and children.
